First sign of spring?

So, aren't robins the traditional first harbingers of spring? Not so in South Minneapolis!
A dalmatian-spotted domesticated yet wild bunny rabbit showed up at my friend Greg's house on Friday.
It's a neighborhood bunny that he has seen before. Apparently, it escaped from it's hutch several times last year and he helped to get it back home then. Well, word in the neighborhood is that it had escaped for good in the fall and was roaming free.
Apparently it made it through the winter just fine!
Now about those dalmatian-spotted free range baby rabbits next door...
